Dyneema® Bio-Based fibre is obtained from the combined fossil and naturally occurring raw material from waste from the wood industry; this significantly reduces the carbon footprint associated with production.

Juba adds a new model to the Nature collection: DY003RF, which is manufactured with Dyneema® Bio-Based fibre and Diamond technology, which does not use glass filament to increase its cutting level. The combination of these two Dyneema® technologies results in a highly competitive glove, with the same cutting, comfort, durability and breathability features as a conventional Dyneema®; adding less environmental impact and higher skin tolerance as extra benefits.

DY003RF is made of gauge 15 and coated with palm polyurethane. It is a glove designed for environments that require tact and dexterity with a medium-high risk of cuts. In addition, there is a nitrile reinforcement in the thumb area to protect the area of greatest wear and thus increase glove service life.

Juba now offers boxes of nitrile disposable gloves (H570) with ten units

In any case, Juba recommends not to reuse disposable gloves, they are for single use only. In addition, once the professional has removed them, they should be disposed of in a suitable waste container. HTE 100: Juba's new glove for electric pruning shears with CPS system

Juba is committed to develop the most innovative products on the market, adapted to the needs of each professional sector. Many of the pruning shears incorporate a CPS system, so Juba has recently added to its catalogue, with more than 500 references, a glove focused on protecting the hands of professionals who use this type of shears. Professionals who carry out work for the growth of tree branches or vine growers must keep their hands protected with anti-cutting gloves without losing freedom of movement. Juba's new HTE100 model is a knitted glove with a locking system for electric shears made in Europe, which is ideal for use on the opposite hand to the one that handles the tool. Without a doubt, this type of glove must provide a balance between ergonomics and safety. As to protection, this reference by Juba is Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), with an anti-cut level F. This letter is the maximum achieved in the TDM test, according to the health and safety requirements specified in the EN 388:2016 standard on gloves for protection against mechanical hazards. However, a glove is useless as protective armour if it does not allow adequate breathability, if it is heavy, or if the material is so stiff that force must be exerted to perform precision movements with the fingers. Specifically, Juba offers this reference from size 7, which corresponds to S, up to size 11 or XXL. In addition, the glove is designed with an elastic knitted cuff for improved grip on the wrist. As to packaging, Juba offers clients a minimum order of a 6-unit pack of gloves, or a 60-pair box is also available. However, HTE100 should be used in dry conditions and, of course, tested for compatibility with shears before pruning.
