Forro Thinsulate

Comfort, warmth and high quality are the main features of Thinsulate™, a non-woven fibre developed by 3M to maintain body heat and provide greater comfort, since at equal thicknesses to other fibres it keeps more than twice as much heat. 
Thinsulate™ insulation is a powerful thermal regulator used since the late 1970s, combining the words thin and insulating. 

Among the great advantages of this fibre, Thinsulate keeps body heat even under humid conditions as it maintains its insulating capacity by absorbing less than 1% of its weight in water so it can dry easily, while other insulating materials in humid environments generate more weight and are not able to dry fast, leading to loss of thermal performance.
Among the most interesting uses of Thinsulate ™ is its use in humid spaces, bad weather, or for intense physical activity in which the hands release sweat.
